Transformer Tanks

We have in house fabrication for M S Transformer Tanks of up to 100 MW size and 20 MT Weight under third party inspection by qualified welders. Pressure Test & Vaccum test also carried out on transformer tanks. We have also inhouse shot blasting and painting shop in our works at Savli. Presently we are serving to M/s. Areva T & D for their requirement of Transformer Tanks and accessories.

Anchor / Foundation Bolts

We manufacture and Supply Anchor Bolts / Foundation bolts from best quality material and are popularly used in Construction Industry in the RCC Foundations in Oil Refineries, Power Plant, Cement Industries, Chemical Industries Etc. Main Type of Anchor / Foundation Bolts are Plat Type, J Type, L Type with and without Pipe Sleeves.

Anchor Flanges

Generally Anchor flanges are installed on pipelines and embedded in reinforced concrete blocks. They are used to restrain or limit main line thermal expansion or contraction and transfer built-up stresses. Anchor flanges are installed in suction and discharge laterals of pumping stations at river crossing in cross country Pipe lines, points of directional change etc.

We Supply Plate Fabricated Anchor Flanges as substitute to Forged Flanges. Plate Fabricated Flanges of IS 2062 Gr / A 36 Material are preferable due to small lead time and economical option against forged flanges which required very long lead time. Ours Anchor Flanges are consisting of Main Flange and Cheek Plate welded on sleeve Plate which is welded on Pipe Surface. We are supplying this flanges since last 10 years to Oil Pipe Lines and Water Lines in Oil and Power Sector.
