This results in enhanced strength per pound compared to mechanical assembly methods. The twisted cross rods provide a non-slip walking surface, while Serrated Gratings offers an improved grip surface for extremely slippery conditions. Almost all sizes in Standard Mesh Type are readily available in our warehouses. Its simplicity in design is surpassed by its versatility in usage. Electroforged Steel Bar Grating can be used in various applications, including mezzanines, platforms, catwalks, stairs, fences, benches, racking shelves, and ventilation covers. It is not limited to industrial applications, as it was originally designed for. Electroforged steel bar grating is available in bare steel, shop primed, or hot dip galvanized finishes.

Stair Treads are meticulously crafted with the utmost quality and craftsmanship, available in Plain Rectangular and Trapezoidal shapes. They are equipped with a Side Carrier Plate and feature Antiskid Nosing, ensuring safety and stability. These stair treads are primarily installed by bolting or welding onto Industrial and Commercial Stairs, as well as around vessels and on Tanks. Each stair tread is custom-fabricated to precisely match the specific size, width, and length requirements of each job. Furthermore, standard end plates can be custom-fabricated to accommodate unique bolt hole sizes or locations.

Circular Gratings are manufactured from prefabricated Electroforged Grating Panels. We meticulously prepare the layout based on the Equipment Platform drawing after constructing the Frame. Subsequently, we carefully cut the Panel to the precise size of the Grating Frame and perform the welding process. Circular Gratings are strictly manufactured in accordance with the Equipment Platform drawings under close supervision to ensure a smooth and error-free erection process. Additionally, we make Pipeline Cut outs, Platform Erection Bolt Cut outs, and Notching for Structural Sections. Every Grating is precisely marked with the Platform Number and Grating Number using a hard punching tool.

Manual Mig Welded Gratings are recommended for specialized, heavy, and thick gratings due to the limitations of electroforged gratings. Our skilled workforce fabricates these gratings at our facility according to client specifications, including cut-outs and notching. They can be manufactured up to a flat thickness of 12 mm. The primary types of gratings are lock fit and zig-zag/honeycomb.

Drain gratings are used to cover stormwater, rainwater drainage in plants, and open areas. They are designed to fit the dimensions of drainage channels, catch basins, point drains, trench pits covers, and manhole covers. Drain gratings can be provided with side angle support or be plain, depending on the client’s specifications. They are available in materials such as MS, SS, galvanized, or painted steel. Custom drain/trench gratings are designed for light-duty applications involving foot traffic or light vehicular traffic. For heavy-duty applications involving forklifts, cars, and trucks, heavy-duty steel gratings are recommended.
